After completing her undergraduate studies at Kadir Has University, Faculty of Law, she began her professional career as an attorney. She has specialized in commercial law, contract law, and personal data protection (KVKK). Following many years of legal practice in Istanbul, she is currently based in İzmir, where she provides legal consultancy to both national and international companies. By anticipating legal risks that may arise in the business world, she develops secure and sustainable solutions and offers strategic, effective, and practical legal advice to corporations.
My Story
She completed her undergraduate thesis on “Internal and External Relations in Ordinary Partnerships” and began her professional career in Istanbul after graduation. During her studies, she focused on company management, contract law, financial solutions, and capital markets law, and she has continued to provide legal services primarily in these areas throughout her career.
From the early years of her profession to the present, she has offered legal consultancy and litigation services to both individuals and legal entities, gaining particular expertise in corporate advisory services and litigation management. After many years of practice in Istanbul, she now provides legal consultancy and litigation services from her İzmir-based office to both domestic and foreign companies.
She has adopted a preventive legal approach, meticulously preparing contracts for local and international clients and providing legal support in a wide range of potential commercial disputes. She is particularly specialized in commercial law, corporate law, data protection compliance (KVKK), contract drafting, and preventive legal services.
She actively advises companies in all stages of their operations, including company formation, corporate governance processes, general assembly and board of directors activities, share transfers, partnership relations, and the preparation of commercial contracts. In addition, she provides comprehensive legal support in commercial disputes, unfair competition cases, personal data protection matters, labor and employment disputes, international commercial conflicts, and both corporate and individual criminal cases.
